From feasibility to move-in.
Week 1 · Feasibility
Property assessment delivered in 48 hours
We pulled zoning, setback, and utility data for the lot and delivered a written feasibility report — what's possible, and a preliminary price range — two days after the first call.
Week 6 · Design & Permits
Design approved, permit package submitted
After two design reviews with the homeowner, the final layout was locked and the full permit package went to the city. Weekly updates started every Friday.
Week 14 · Procurement
All materials purchased before ground broke
With permits in hand, KĒĒP purchased every material for the project up front — framing, windows, fixtures, finishes. From this point the materials cost was locked and could not change.
Week 20 · Build
Framing complete, weekly photos flowing
KĒĒP's contractor network framed the unit using KĒĒP-sourced materials. The homeowner received a photo and written update every Friday throughout.
Week 32 · Build
Walkthrough and punch list before final payment
Before the final invoice, KĒĒP and the homeowner did a full walkthrough together. Every punch-list item was completed before payment — standard policy on every KĒĒP project.
